Keep it simple. Keep it metal.

Epilogue – Official Music Video By Fleshgod Apocalypse

Ever since I first heard Therion several years ago I have a thing for classical music mixed with metal, especially voice-wise. I don’t know why, but there is just something that my ears like so much. Then one day last year I was checking out for some new stuff on YouTube and I came across Fleshgod Apocalypse. I instantly fell in love with the band. Their performance, their technicality, heaviness and classical music with opera style vocals. Everything I like packed in one band. What a treat. And what is even better, they are from Italy what makes them my neighbours.
They just recently released a new music video for the song Epilogue from their third studio album Labyrinth (2013). Seven minutes long masterpiece. Classical guitar intro, opera vocal and death metal. Boom!
These Italian guys are no joke, so do not waist your time and hit play above in case you have not heard it yet.
Epilogue was directed by Francesco Paoli and Salvatore Perrone.
Here’s a little more info about Fleshgod Apocalypse and the music video:
– Band members are Tommaso Riccardi (vocals and guitar), Cristiano Trionfera (guitar), Paolo Rossi (bass), Francesco Ferrini (piano) and Francesco Paoli (drums.
– Veronica Bordacchini is the girl behind soprano vocals.
– Special guests Marco Sensi (classic guitar) and Shamatiyenko Kostyantyn (cello).

What are you waiting for, watch Epilogue now.
