Stockholm, Sweden’s very own death metal band Bloodbath revealed new song and music video from their forthcoming album Grand Morbid Funeral. After “Femine Of God’s Word” and “Unite In Pain” here is fourth song from the album titled “Church Of Vastias.” Known by being true horror master, Bloodbath went very dark and very gothic with their new music video. The video itself is not complicated, completely opposite, very “simple,” but yet very strong to go along the song perfectly.
Official release of the Grand Morbid Funeral album is set to November 17/16 in USA and Canada and November 21 in Germany through Peaceville Records.
With the new album, Bloodbath also revealed their new vocalist. After parting ways with Opeth’s Mikael Akerfeldt they are now joined by Paradise Lost’s Nick Holmes.
Band’s fourth studio album was once again recorded at the Ghost Ward Studios and the City Of Glass Studios in Stockholm, Sweden, mixed by David Castillo. They say it is Bloodbath’s darkest and dirtiest opus yet and is featuring guest appearances by Chris Reifert and Eric Cutler, just to name a few.
1. Let The Stillborn Come To Me
2. Total Death Exhumed
4. Church Of Vestitas
5. Femine Of God’s Word
6. Mental Abortion
7. Beyond Cremation
8. His Infernal Necropsy
9. Unite In Pain
